Silhouette is a fun, non-threatening group fitness program that
combines both a strength and cardiovascular workout in a time
efficient half hour. It is an interval circuit training program that
quickly and safely changes your silhouette.
Silhouette works on a work / rest principle alternating between
exercise on the hydraulic strength machines and recovery on aerobic
stations such as rebound squares & step benches. A person can start
anywhere in the circuit & work on their own following the cues provided
with the upbeat music.
