Human Resource & Payroll Highlights
This system was developed to handle payroll/personnel functions and provide human resource management information for proper control of staffing and benefit administration.
- Pay period results are retained for the entire year and any prior years as needed and may be reviewed on screen or in report format.
- Employee cheques may be calculated and displayed at the time of input, thus allowing for modification before the actual cheque is produced.
- All vacation, sick, benefit banks and deduction targets are displayed when time is posted.
- An AUTO calculation routine allows remote site entry to be posted and calculated at a later time.
- An unlimited number of Earning and Deduction codes may be defined. All deductions may have a target and all earnings a benefit bank.
- Union code parameters or policies may be defined for each bargaining unit. Sick, Vacation, Overtime, Holiday and other benefit accumulation rates may be defined along with applicable hours and/or dollar banks.
- A comprehensive Labour Distribution system ties this application to the General Ledger. All earning and deduction types may be updated to a common expense code or allocated to individual codes as specified.
- An annual calendar for each employee may be generated from daily time and used to report any earning type.
- Retro pay may be calculated on line with history.
- Multiple date flags may be used for each employee to alert the personnel dept of upcoming events, related to each employee. Increments and start dates for deductions may be scheduled as required.
- The employee demographic master file contains personnel items related to each employee. All fields are date sensitive and may be activated as required.
- Mass earning and deduction changes may be made for all or selected types of employees and/or unions.
- Budgeting analysis and position control has been incorporated to provide cost control in all staffing areas.
- Employee scheduling has been developed to handle the pre-posting of all employee daily time. An extensive RULES definition allows the system to interpret and pay premiums when required by union or personnel policies.
- Pay cheque bank deposits may be made via tape, diskette, modem or list to any chartered bank.
- All options are accessed through a full featured security system.
- All popular computer platforms are supported; (Windows XP, Vista, Local Area Networks, UNIX, LINUX)
